Manager of Research, Inclusive Ethics Initiative at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)

UCLA Anderson School of Management is hiring a Manager of Research for its recently-launched Inclusive Ethics Initiative! We are seeking applicants with graduate degrees in social psychology, organizational behavior, education, or a related field. Led by Faculty Co-Directors Heather Caruso and Eugene Caruso, the Inclusive Ethics Initiative (IEI) aims to:

  • Advance behavioral research regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion as elements of ethical leadership.

  • Support teaching of behavioral evidence-based ethical insights and practices that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Engage the general public in exploring relationships between leadership practice, ethics, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.

 

The Manager of Research will lead day-to-day advancement of IEI research goals, developing and managing multiple streams of research projects. This person will provide administrative leadership and direction for project operations, making a wide variety of contributions to the research (e.g., through literature reviews, research hypotheses, study design, project protocols, study recruitment, data acquisition and management, and analysis and reporting of research results).

 

High levels of familiarity and comfort with behavioral science are essential to success in this role, as are the passion and preparedness to oversee and manage multiple streams of original, full-cycle research projects. Candidates can add further value from experience conducting original behavioral research on ethics, equity, diversity, inclusion, or related topics.
